Absolutely gutting to read; he was a month older than me. This hits home as I went into cardiac arrest in 2020 playing sports. Fortunately my friends knew CPR and kept me going until medics arrived.

I really don't like seeing these posts recently. So sad when you hear these types of situations. Condolences to his family. Really drives home your own mortality and to care for those around you of all ages because you never know when your last day will be.
