Given he’s a Christian, I think it’s fair to assume he will not play in Flames silks until pride day passes.

That's unknown, who cares about a burnt year, if he's really good you give him a nice contract, just don't give him a dumb Tkachuk type contract.

Isn’t Harvard supposed to be the better team? That score is an absolute joke.

No he doesnt. Youre still trading a guy who is a flight risk to any other team

Harvard was 7th overall and OSU was 9th, so they were better, but not by a mile.
Harvard losing isn't shocking, but this lopsided score is.

Watched the game for a while then shut it off. Harvard looked way out matched in this one. Coronato was shut right down and finshed well into the minus category. The first time I have watched him myself. Hopefully it was an off day as I dont see what the big deal and rush is to sign this kid based on this game.

I know you’re trying to be funny, but it’s not the Christians per se, but certain people within certain branches therein.

Here's the choice:
1) stay at Harvard, get a degree from Harvard, hang out with your friends for a couple more years, then turn pro
2) turn pro, get a $90k signing bonus (or whatever), burn a year of your ELC immediately, achieve your dream of playing in the NHL, get just under a $1M salary for the next two years instead of paying tuition, and set yourself up to burn the entire 3 years of your ELC before your buddies even graduate, so that you can then sign a multi-million dollar contract.
I know option 1 sounds good at first blush - for about 10 seconds - but option 2 makes infinitely more sense, for anyone mature enough not to make the decision based on wanting to hang with their buddies.

Christianity is by far the most represented religion in North America. It stands to reason that a lot of players are Christians yet the issue of not supporting pride initiatives isn't that common. Gaudreau for example is a Catholic and had no issue supporting pride when the Jackets did it on February 10th.

Great, another player that can't do it in the playoffs. He'll be perfect in Calgary...

Coronato signs, plays a NHL game, then goes down to the Wranglers for a championship run.
Calder Cup = Frozen Four Championship?
