It’s not a cheap shot it’s the truth, the guy looked like he was going to work out well he was feeding Jagr goals left and right and was the leading scorer in the KHL prior to signing with the Flames.
He had nothing but bad things to say about the Flames when he left, how he was treated and how they forced him into a role he didn’t want if I recall. I remember he was upset the Flames pushed to bring him over telling him he’d be perfect in the top 6 and then healthy scratching him a bunch.

He played 2 more seasons in KHL putting up roughly .60 ppg and also doing well internationally for Czechia.
The lockout hurt him for sure, and the blood clot issue put him back timeline wise but I am certain he specifically outed the flames for the way he was treated.
