If Markstrom can carry this play for the rest of the season, I would say what's holding the team back at that point is Sutter's insistence to keep Huby with Kadri.

To be fair, both Kadri and huby are capable of much better than they've given, even together
They need to get their heads out of their ####es and play even a week of hockey on par with their contracts
