But the last two Oiler games he has somehow turned up the disgraceful and obnoxious to 11.

I mean, I don't think I've ever seen a 4 goal lead evaporate that quickly. That was impressive. I would celebrate too.

Jackets gave us a fleeting moment of hope for the upset. But team destiny strikes again. I really, really hate this season.

Still plenty of time for team lotteryball to blow it.

As a Flames fan in a couple games if the trajectory does not change I say trade Lindholm to the Kings for Clarke and Pinelli and hope that the Kings can win the Pacific for the next two years.

I just want to see, for once, someone lay McDavid out with a clean hard hockey check!! And Jack Michaels is embarrassing!! He just said “ you almost feel like saying the Oilers lead the Bluejackets 4-4.”

That dread for me has existed for months, probably around December. The west appears as wide open as ever and Edmonton's high offense style can help navigate them on a deep run, bad goaltending and D be damned.

Whomever comes out of the east would be their toughest challenge.

If Colorado is healthy in the playoffs 0% chance the Oil get past them.

Edit: 5-4 Jackets

Of ####ing course. Columbus goes up by one and almost immediately the Oilers get another powerplay. This league isn’t even trying to hide what they are doing.

That's the general sentiment and while I agree, even if healthy I don't think they are as strong of a team as they were last year. I wouldn't expect a sweep let alone giving Edmonton a 0% chance.

Why, because they've beaten several bottom feeders lately, and a Pittsburgh team that didn't bother showing up?

They'll be done in round 1 or 2. Not one of the top teams in the west (Dallas, Winnipeg, Vegas, LA, Colorado) are scared of the Oilers.

Also, it's 5-4 Columbus now, lol.
