It's my birthday today but I hate this version of the flames...
It's my 44th so I predict we are up 4-2 late in the third, coyotes tie, and then win it in the 44th round of the shootout..

Well if Flames are gonna make the playoffs (which I find highly doubtful at this point due to over-relying on Markstrom), they would've earned their way in since they would have to be one of the hottest teams in the league to get there. Those are the teams that can be a surprise in the post season, and win a round or two.
Playoffs for this team wouldn't bad. It's never bad.

Stop with the glorious scoring chances against, including breakaways in the first period.
Getting a PP goal once every few games would be kinda neat.
Don't shoot the puck at the goalie's crest.
Play with some emotion. For the entire game.

I have a feeling we will see Markstrom in net tonight.
Worse team, and if his wife is due soon then it's possible he will not be available.
So think he could start tonight and the plan would be Vladar for the next two in case Markstrom has to go back to Calgary.
