Good even game against one of the Wests top teams...they got the bounces
Blaming Markstrom in the game is beyond stupid, like please delete your account

To arguably the best goalie in the league right now.
We really gonna pile on Markstrom tonight? Really, that’s where the rage is?

Staple Huberdeau to Lucic and then cut his minutes.
Sutter's love affair with Lucic worked for about 1.5 games. Now it's just stupid.

Man they played so well. Ugh. Felt like they deserved the W, but wow they really do not seem to be getting the bounces. Frustrating loss.

Just one or two PP goals they will win most of the time. Still need Lucic off the first line imo.

Yeah I don't think Lucic is the problem at all, he's just not the solution.

Half the problem is Calgary makes every Goalie look better.

Flames played fine. It was a good close game. Fall short tonight on the road to a good team. Oh well.

they deserved better earlier on
but then inexplicably **** the bed in the d-zone in the back half of the third when the game was on the line
literally only needed to keep up the way they played for 40+
the timing of lapses + lack of luck + lack of calls slowly drains the hope out of a fan

The Zadorov goal was the worst goal allowed in this game

Yeah but you never show up when he is the best goalie.

I'll get bullied for saying this, didn't like the winning goal on Markstrom.

So what? Even if he was the second best of TWO really good goalies that’s NOT why we lost!!

Either learn to be constructive and actually analyze the game or GFTO.

Problem with the Flames is that average goaltending isn’t good enough because they can’t score themselves to wins. They really need high quality goaltending like the Jets have received this season. I expect if you swapped goaltenders between these two teams at the beginning of the season the team records would follow with them.

Really solid road game for the Flames, could easily have gotten the 2 points
I'm sorry, but just jobbed by the refs again - PPs were 4 - 2, despite several infractions that could have / should have been called on the Jets.
And that call on Toffoli with 3 minutes left was an embarrassment - every other team in the league gets a PP in the last 5 minutes when trailing, but the Flames? Nope, another weak ass penalty called against them.
Also, in the 2nd period, the Flames were dominating, and then they called a penalty on one of the defensemen behind the net (Stone?) when both players were just battling for position and the forward just fell. It completely changed the momentum of the game.

Two good teams. Well played game. Flames had a number of chances and didn’t bury the puck.
Could have gone either way.
