The Puljujarvi contract is a massive head scratcher. The guy isn't good enough to be traded, but gets $3mil a year?
The league should be looking long and hard at Smith's medical report, because that's a clear example of cap circumvention. Of course the Oilers will want to put Campbell on LTIR soon and activate Smith, which will look funny.
