Agreed. I’m good with the commentators between whistles, they can add then, but I don’t need them all the time.
I have said in the past there was a season way back when Radio-Canada announcers were on strike and they would still broadcast the game without any commentary. It was excellent. I recall someone here said if you have surround sound you can just disconnect your center channel and that is similar.

Tkachuk scores late and the Panthers win 3-1. Good start on the road. They played some solid defense under Maurice. Hopefully they keep that particular thing up this year.

Tkachuk and Gaudreau did the exact same thing.
Tkachuk just needed to get traded to get his wish and still be able to cash in on a 100 point season so needed to play ball, dont think it was some
Honourable gesture.
