I sure miss a manual. All four of my cars were manual but recently we went down to one car when mine reached end of life and now I just drive my wife’s automatic. Snooze.

I had no idea that bought that car back. In high school in the early 2000's that was a really sought after "first car".

Apprently the new Integra is a luxury trim Civic, and a quick check to the Honda site, the base model Civic 4-door has manual transmission.

But the base price is at $30K. Holy sh*t!! A Civic costs 30K!! I remembered as a teenager a brand new base model Civic was only like 15K. The price has doubled in the last 15 years!!

I haven't owned a manual in 12+ years.

But when I recently went to Europe there is a massive premium on automatic rental cars, so I grabbed a manual.

I didn't skip a beat and was kinda proud of myself. I guess manual is like riding a bike; you don't forget it.

Sliver drives a Mercedes, a fancy ass minivan, uses a mobility scooter needlessly, and throws perfectly good knives away. ‘Simple’ is not a word I associate with that persons lifestyle.
