Wow. Gotta say I'm impressed with the Rags....watched some of the second and most of the third period tonight....that is one stingy team....they don't give up a lot of space, chances, but they (like TB) can keep the flow going. Tampa did not look sharp, though that could be "just by comparison", too. Don't care one way or the other (but always better not to be TB).

Why on earth was Gallant passed around like a beach ball? Makes no sense to me.

Anyone watch the video of the Lighting fan getting knocked out at MSG? Brutal.

For reference, because I hadn't heard about this at all:

https://twitter.com/user/status/1535107815014076424

Looked like Lightning fan and Ranger fan were talking smack to each other before the video began; who knows what the hell was said, but obviously the Ranger fan made a really stupid decision...

Yeah, it’s no excuse for getting sucker punched, but leaving a game and chirping random opposing fans you don’t know is not the smartest.

Its not 'the smartest' but come on, there is no excuse for that. I know tensions can be high but screw that, have some self-control.

Completely uncalled for.

I've been on the receiving end of jeering after my team has lost, you take it with some composure.

For all the nonsense Soccer fans get regarding hooliganism, I was in Paris when Real Madrid beat Liverpool in the UCL Final and both sets of fans were absolutely outstanding.

RM fans were high-fiving and consoling Liverpool fans.

Theres no place for this. I hope this guy gives this video to the Cops.

I literally said that. I just also would never mock a stranger because he was wearing the loser’s jersey. Not even an Oiler fan. Too many nut jobs out there.

Gallant was pretty adamant that fatigue was a factor for his team.

Excuses. I think Gallant is a great regular season “player’s coach”. But things like benching Kaako and playing an injured Strome and not-good Reaves make me scratch my head. Players seem to like him but I just can't imagine him being the guy who takes them the next step. If Trouba doesn't elbow Crosby, they're out in the 1st round and there is probably a much more serious review of this past season.
