That's powerful stuff in itself if that's the position you have in real life.
It may have been as simple as that.

Yeah I think that had a bit to do with it. It would suck to be there that long, have won the vehichle, give it up and get voted out in the final three. But being that it was a GM vehichle I would have gladly declined and let the other 4 take one....Of course I'd also be mindful of the fact that at some point in time I'll probably end up on Oprah or something like that and have one given to me anyway. Than again 36 days in the jungle on minimal food, you probably can't think too well. But I would have been asking if I was giving up the food, I think that would have been more important to me than the vehichle.

Yes, huge mistake... couldn't believe it. Basically all she did was screw them over and say, "I don't need your votes to stay around, I can beat you guys to the end"
What was she thinking??

Seriously, even if she had given them each a car, what's to stop them from taking the cars and giving her the boot? That's what I woulda done. 4 against 1, thanks for the car! SEEYA!

I don't know about dumbest move in Survivor history. I've always questioned the set of moves that the people who get voted off first do (assuming its not that they're voted off due to oldness).
It was stupid for pure strategic reasons, and in my mind philosophical as well. I think I'm becoming a socialist as I age!
Strategically, it would have essentially guaranteed her immunity from the next vote as no one is going to vote off the person who just gave them a car because they'll go back and tell all the other jurors about it, and no-one wants to be seen as the instigator of it. While the reward overtly to give someone a car, its real value should have been to act as another immunity win for at least this past episode.
Not only does she refuse to give the others the cars, she proceeds to return to the camp bragging about how nice they (the cars) are! Come on! Those people were not going to say, "Wow, terrific, we're so happy for you". Instead, they've already had an entire night to stew over how, in their minds, she took their cars away from them.
Philosophically I think it was a stupid move for a couple reasons:
1. How many opportunities does the "everyman" or "everywoman" get to give four friends or acquaintances new cars? Approximately zero. How many do you get to buy yourself a new car? Um ... several?
2. If she had given the others their cars, the automaker (or another looking for some good publicity) would have given her one of her own at the live finale anyway. It's not like she'd be out anything. And she couldn't get the car until after the finale anyway.
Stupid, stupid, stupid. Sometimes the people on these shows make me think it would be fairly easy to cruise to at least this point in the game if only us Canadians had the ability to be on it either through a Canadian edition or being allowed on the CBS one.

Strategically, if all 4 voted off the person who just gave them a car, they would have no choice but to vote for one of them to win.

Nah, I picked her for the CP survivor pool. Lotta good that did me
I thought it was a bad move also... I was in a slumber when I heard it on the radio. I mean, some talk show host or something would have bought her the car for being nice anyways. It's a 100% guarenteed way to be voted off if you don't do something nice for the others.

It wasn't a dumb move at all, no matter what all of the other whiners said about "If she gave me a car, there's no way I would have voted for her" Crap, everyone there is playing for a million bucks and if its you or Cindy it dosen't matter if she gives you a car, she's going home, and if she had given everyone a car, and if Danni had still won immunity, Cindy was going home anyways.
Its far from the dumbest move in survivor. Michael was looking unbeatible until he failed basic firemaking 101 by leaning over the fire and fell in burning his hands and his chance to play for a million bucks.
I'm still amazed that he didn't come back for survivor all stars.

What? No Sunday finale Survivor discussion?
Great game played by Danni in coming from behind. A disappointing Judd explosion.

yup I knew that she had er in the bag when she took Steph with her. Steph had hosed too many to win it all. Danni really flew under the radar and managed to split the alliance. Of course buying that clue in the reward challenge saved her arse big time.
Boy did she look REAL hot in the final show....shge is one of the best looking women to grace the show.

You thought she looked hot? I thought she looked trashy. Infact, I thought she looked WAY better in the jungle with no makeup and the matted hair. Oh well, to each their own.

I didn't even recognize her at first. I like her with a bit more meat on her bones, but do agree that she (and Steph) overdid the makeup.
Danni said she wants to use the money to adopt a kid.

Rafe's move was even dumber than Cindy's. He had an agreement with Danni, and I think she would have kept it had he not released her from it.
Judd was trying to be cool at the finale, probably because he saw what an ass he made out of himself on TV. I still laugh at his bull**** bully mentality. I love seeing guys like him get kicked.
Good season, hope the next one is decent as well.

I'll second that one. Remarkeable what six months back in the States with a regular meal and bath will do for your looks, eh?

I agree with Cheesy, Danni was looking smoking on that reunion show, wow! I would say she's the best looking contestant so far. She was a bit too skinny on the show though.

Danni was defnitely looking good. It's amazing what a few months back in the States does for people. (not that she looked bad while she was out in guatamela though either.)
Definitely a bit of a disappointing explosion by Judd. It was pretty much obvious who was going to win between the final two.

I'd love to see "Survivor: Political Scientist" edition. Just to see how they work out the alliances and everything.
