Emilio Pettersen scores early in the game as Stockton plays Ontario tonight. The two top teams in their division.

When is the Canada US Olympic mens hockey game? Would rather watch that than watch the Oilers get their new coach bounce win.

For those who understand French or do not have Centre Ice, the Islanders-Oilers game is on TVA Sports.
The Stars and Jets are tied 2-2 after forty minutes.

Apparently a lot of the Flames' player development staff/scouts are at the game in Stockton. According to the broadcast.
Which may or may not mean a lot.

If he get to do an Oilers game on Oilers broadcast, I guarantee he'd be 10 times the homer to Michaels. I dislike Michales' play calling because of his homerism but I hate Harnaryan's play calling period. Many times I have to mute the TV. So my question, and it's an honest question, is there a word for something / someone worse than horrible?

I am sorry, but this is just a weird take. Harnaryan Singh is not a closeted Oilers homer. I get that a lot of people don't like his play call, but in all of his games that I have watched he has always come across as very bakanced—including the last Oilers/Flames game.
The biggest problem with Michaels is not even tbe homeroom. It is the ridiculous, bewildering, over-the-top feigned enthusiasm that he manufactures over ... nothing. Any time the Oilers get so much as a shot on goal, and Michaels sounds like he might have a heart episode. It's moronic.

Yeah, may be you and I have different feel to his play calling. It's true that he doesn't do what Michaels does, the ridiculous, bewildering, over-the-top feigned enthusiasm. But by the way he raise his voice in super enthusiasm when Oilers scored compare to when the Flames scored. It's just my feel to that.
And may be because of his lack of what Michaels does he isn't Oilers regional broadcast.

The Kraken and Ducks each scored a goal twelve seconds apart early in the game. The good news has Dunn scoring later on, 2-1 Kraken after twenty minutes.

Love to know why Sportsnet hasn’t shown a replay of the shot the Islanders thought they had scored on.

I actually am fine with the job Harnarayan does on his play by plays.
I might be biased though, since it is really cool to see diversity and minority representation in that role.

I dislike his play calling has nothing, absolutely nothing to do with his ethnic background. I too like to see diversity and minority representation in that role.

Is the Bison King crap supposed to be Edmonton’s version of Johnny Hockey? It sounds really lame.

Oh yes yes. Sorry wasn’t implying that at all, but as a person of south Asian origin myself, it definitely feels good to see that representation.

3 - 1 Greasers. They have returned to the greatest team in the history of the world. Should have some happy Oiler fans returning to CP tonight.
