After having the Bowflex M6, I wouldn't recommend anyone purchase Bowflex cardio equipment.

Keiser M3 bikes are excellent. They are very high quality, have a lightweight flywheel that is positioned in the rear like a real road bike, they keep their value due to their construction and quality.

In essence they are the enterprise grade, spin bike for people who are fairly serious about cycling. These days there are some cooler options or higher end options but the Keiser M3 is a classic.

I have an Echelon.
Peloton knockoff from Costco for about half the price and you get a free year's subscription to the classes.
Very happy with it.

I have the Walmart Echelon Connect Sport.

Very easy to install. Trust me.

The Bike does not come with a screen however my set up is this.

Pelaton App on Fire Stick. This created a smart TV with Old Samsung TV.

Use IPhone with qdomyoszwift, for Peloton stats. This app converts Echelon resistance to Peloton. However there are conversion charts online.

Apple smart watch for Heart Rate, that is displayed on the Samsung TV screen.

I tried the Free Trial Peloton app and have now subscribed, it is excellent. Also updated the stock pedals to use with Nike cycling shoes.

This is a game changer to me, I do a number of the Peloton workouts stretch, boot camp etc.

I've had my Peloton bike for just over 3 months now. Gotta say I like it a lot more than I thought I would.

Depends which model you buy for Echelons.
I got the EX-4S and it comes with a screen. I assume the "s" in Ex-4S and Ex-5s indicates they're the screen included models.

I believe the free year of subscription is a Costco exclusive thing too.
