The Habs would get their asses kicked in the ECHL, but yes, here comes the hype train.

Yeah, I'm not reading into anything against the 6-58 Habs.

That's a freebie two pointer. They're just showing up to the rink at this point.

But go ahead and stroke your spaghetti noodles over it.

FFS Habs, at least try to put up a fight. What a terrible team. Oilers are probably gonna get 4 free points out of these two games.

This may be the AHL team ass kicking that gets some confidence back in the Oilers heads. Still dissapointed the Flames couldnt sbuff them out

You mean an AHL team ass kicking an ECHL team.

Their reddit page is actually disgusting. Anything for a win, I guess.

It's annoying that their win over the Flames appears to have turned the Oilers' fortunes around. If Calgary had stomped them like they should have, I'm 100% certain they'd still be on an extended losing skid.

They lost a lot of players not just price...and really they had less wins than the Flames last season

How predictable was that?

You just knew that would happen. Could turn out to be the goddam turning point of their season.

Cripes.

Doubt it they'll go back to the national This guy scored and crying and whining about how the league and officials have it in for them when they play a team with any kind of push back.

Price
Allen
Weber
Edmundsen
Gallagher
Perrault
Caulfield
Byron
Drouin
Armia
Dvorak

Are all out with injuries, and other guys have missed significant time as well.

Their IR team would easily beat their current lineup.

Thankfully they're playing at the same time as the Leafs so the intermission should only be about 85% Mavi/Kane talk.

They Beat Vancouver with their 4th string goalie in OT
Beat the Preds in a shootout

Now Montreal with some rando in net and then the Sens missing multiple players

I wouldn't be so quick to call the Oilers turnaround.

Don't count MTL out just yet though

Koskinen has high squandering potential.

That's the beautiful thing about a team that completely neglects its back end to add a POS up front.

That win didn’t turn anything around. They managed to squeak one out in a shootout against Nashville who didn’t look all that interested in being on the ice. Otherwise they’ve barely beat a weak Canucks team and are up on a Habs team that is only trying to run out the clock. They’ll be back to losing as soon as they play good teams again.

It's gonna be Kane night for the media... Totally forgetting his problems/issues/indescretions.

Each goal erases a past wrongdoing!

I give Spector the week until he changes his tune to utter cowardice.
