Russia's defence does not look good. Maybe they should've taken Yan Kuznetsov and Daniil Chayka instead of omitting every single eligible Russian prospect who currently plays in North America.

Because they didn't bring the Flames prospects?
Would much rather them get big minutes with their current clubs vs few minutes at a random tournament. That's the best for their development.

Russia didn't take *any* prospects currently playing in North America. Baffling decision (and one likely steeped in politics).
