Mctavish is an oilers commentator now? I guess he failed in Europe like he failed in Edmonton. The self congratulatory old boys club continues. He’s talking about ceci- ‘we didn’t know what we were going to get, I mean… the oilers didn’t know what they were going to get’.

It's a sad state of affairs when it's 5-0 for the opponents and your goalie isn't the problem... going to be a loooooooong season.

Colorado is pounding the Canucks 6-1. Halak is in net now.

This is why I take Markstrom's Vancouver numbers with a grain of salt when people post them to prove he is not elite.
That team is better than it used to be but still a disaster in their own end, have been for years. Goalie can only do so much.

The Knights are up 3-0 heading into the third period. Spurgeon scores 80 seconds into the period to get the Wild on the board 3-1 now.

The Kraken cannot close the two goal gap, 6-4 Ducks.

Zach Fucale made his NHL debut for Washington and shuts out Detroit!
He was a World Jrs Star, wasn't he? First goalie picked in 2013.

There were 3 OOT games that had SHUTOUTS.
The best one had the Devils winning 4-0 with McKenzie Blackwood making 42 saves.
Jonathan Quick had his Nestle drink again and made 34 saves in the Kings 2-0 win. Gustavsson also played well in the Sens loss as he also made 34 saves. The Senators have lost 6 straight on home ice and the Kings have won 7 straight games.
The Capitals scored 2 goals just 10 seconds apart in the middle of the 2nd period and that was it for scoring. AC posted it, the rookie goalie for the Caps makes 21 saves in his first NHL start in the 2-0 victory.
LOL at the Canucks. The Ducks beat the Kraken 7-4. Troy Terry with 2g, 1a. Anaheim has won 6 straight games now!

#### the Kings for enjoying the luxury of having a starter level goalie for 15 years that's still playing like a starter goalie
