Also why is Kylington not the 1st d man out there in OT? instead Andersson, who has been average and Tanev gets shifts ahead of him??

Dog s$&@ officiating in OT. I can guarantee you if that play on Mangiapane happens to the cry baby up North, that’s a power play or penalty shot.

Dallas sucks.

Probably the first game of the year that the Flames actually got outplayed for a good chunk of, and still managed to get a point. I’ll take it, but they’ll have to be better than that on Saturday.

That 3v3 sequence where Tanev and Backlund span around in circles behind the red lines was some kind of awful.

Dallas seems to always beat us in OT against the grain of play, or on some kind of controversial goal.

I hate OT against them.

Markstrom should have had a few of those, but he's allowed to have a game here and there where he's not superhuman.
Thought the Backlund rush would have been a penalty if his name was McDavid, and though Mangiapane being taken down should have been a penalty for anyone.

Skaters couldn’t win the game last time and Markstrom couldn’t win tonight

Kylington brings the last 2 points though

Get the next one

So typical that one of the dirtiest players in the game had to score that.

Not enough execution by the Flames tonight. Still doing the right things so I expect the wins to return.

An off night for Markstrom. Don't want to hang the goat horns on him singularly but he didn't have his best game today.

Yeah Markstrom let in two soft-ish goals, hard to win games when that happens. You take the point and move on.

Also second straight game where a non-call at one end goes the other way in OT and the Flames lose, which is frustrating

Probably the worst game the aflames have played all season. No real jump or urgency. Made Dallas look like world beaters. Still got a point so I’ll take it but pretty weak effort. Better team won.

If Eichel was on our bench, Markstrom would have saved that.
