The War projections does not take into account the QoT
The 2018-19 Flames individual players would all have exceptional WAR scores the summer of 2019.
11 or so players had their career years, with Gio being the best D in the league.
The same players 2 years later without the synergy of playing with other great players have fallen off.
I would suggest that Tampa with having their complete 3rd line plus Johnson move on to other teams top-6 along with Stamkos at the beginning of decline (first time below a ppg in 4 years) they might not be as good as they have been.
Point has been playing only 18 minutes a game, 19 in the playoffs.
The bottom 6 at least on paper is weak:
