I saw "Donald" and "dead" in the same title, and my heart skipped a beat...

Aspartame trigger many of the same physiological responses as actual sugar. It’s not that aspartame, in itself, is particularly dangerous. What IS however, is its marketing and use as a ‘calorie free’ alternative that invaded almost everything for a quite a while.

You had people drinking diet soda for all day because it was low calorie, mean while they’re body is responding as if they’ve been consuming sugar, it all it’s ‘not all that good to be doing to yourself all day everyday’ process.

...lol. Sugar is f--king horrible for us.
For the one or 2 times a month I have a pop, I'm not concerned about it.

I'll always remember him for chuckling about how he lost $2.3 Trillion the day before 9/11. Fortunately for him, a commercial airliner piloted by amateur pilot executed a perfect corkscrew descent, crashing the plane into the part of pentagon conducting the investigation.

Right, but there aren't a lot of foods with aspartame used instead of sugar. Not that I eat, anyway. Pop is the most consumed one, by far.

Are you insinuating that 9/11 was an inside government job?

Woah, woah, woah. I'm just presenting the official story, if you want to go jump off a cliff with it, be my guest. It's unfortunate that the mostly highly surveilled location on the planet couldn't present any definitive video evidence of this happening, safely putting the matter to bed.

How Rumsfeld Deserves to Be Remembered

Quote:
Rumsfeld was the worst secretary of defense in American history. Being newly dead shouldn’t spare him this distinction. He was worse than the closest contender, Robert McNamara, and that is not a competition to judge lightly. McNamara’s folly was that of a whole generation of Cold Warriors who believed that Indochina was a vital front in the struggle against communism. His growing realization that the Vietnam War was an unwinnable waste made him more insightful than some of his peers; his decision to keep this realization from the American public made him an unforgivable coward. But Rumsfeld was the chief advocate of every disaster in the years after September 11. Wherever the United States government contemplated a wrong turn, Rumsfeld was there first with his hard smile—squinting, mocking the cautious, shoving his country deeper into a hole. His fatal judgment was equaled only by his absolute self-assurance. He lacked the courage to doubt himself. He lacked the wisdom to change his mind.

What does that have to do with the fact that sugar is demonstrably worse for us than aspartame and actually exhibits the addictive properties you lamented of aspartame?

Tell it to the judge, sir.
