Like everyone here has already said send down to PSA! currently they have the express option open ($300) and you'll have that back in a month or 2. I think they are planning on slowly opening back up July 1st but the rumblings are the cheapest option will be between $75-$100 (also keep in mind they upcharge based on value) I sent down 3 Gretzky's and all 3 I had to pay $200+.

As far as local there is nothing and PSA has never attended a show to do onsite grading (they came up and accepted submissions at a Summit show in Edmonton about 6-7 years ago but they still took the cards with them) PSA is a fortune 500 company this is not a shot at your cards at all but they deal with Million dollar cards on a daily basis there is no reason for them to mess around with your Gretzky rookie ect.

Also just a quick side note, everyone now sees the sale of the last PSA 10 Gretzky and suddenly thinks they have a Million dollar card! PSA has graded 6689 Gretzky rookies and there are a total of 2 PSA 10's the drop from a 10-9 is pretty drastic (still a $80,000 card though!) and it goes down from there! I sent in what I thought had a great shot at an 8/9 and it came back a 7 so they are VERY tough with that card.

Lastly If you are still worried about sending to PSA there is the national sports card show in Chicago from July 27th - Aug 1 and PSA will be there grading on site if you wanted to spend a bunch of money but still wanted piece of mind without needing to ship off that is always an option!

A major issue with the OPC Gretzky rookie specifically is the "rough edges". It makes it very difficult to discern whether the card is truly mint. These edges are very prone to micro-damages. On top of that the centering on the cards that year was awful. Gretzkys also tended to be historically handled cards, with lots of kids wanting to acquire them and touch them. This is what makes the Gretzky in a perfect condition so rare.
