100% this. Whenever mcdingus doesn’t score he and his sidekick come back with multiple points the next night. And why did the no-goods save smith for us? Hope it bites them in the *ss and we put 7 by him to rattle him.

This Golden Knights vs Avalanche game is good. As different as can be from the Habs vs Flames this week. Team defence is pretty good, but there is so much offensive talent on each side that the first period was full of exciting chances at both ends. Fun to watch.

Totally agree. Dislike the knights, but love watching those two play. Fast, skilled and physical hockey. A nice change from the flames season.

Flames and Canucks gave quite a pathetic response to the Habs essentially holding the door open for them like that person thats at least a dozen paces ahead of you and does it.

I don't know if I even want hope again. But i'll never object to beating the Oilers twice.

Jets and Sens have been outright terrible against that clown show.

Just don’t see it. I expect Maurice to be canned after they lose in the first round. Jets aren’t that good and Oilers with the two poster boys might just be enough to win a round.

High stick and he was bleeding. What part of that are you complaining about??? You’re whining like they were phantom calls.

I’m not whining about the double minor. It’s the three or four blatant trips that the Oilers have made that weren’t called that pisses me off. Wheeler hauled down by two Oilers right in front of the ref. Call it both ways!!

As bad as the Habs are, the Flames making it would be miracle territory. They are playing better under Sutter but I can't imagine this version of the Flames playing with the consistency it would take. (Which is to say that I have no hope for playoffs).

Back to the Avs game... Cale Makar is so good that he is right there with MacKinnon for me as their best player. 1.03 points per game as a defenceman... just awesome.

Pacioretty is playing really well too. I'm glad he got out of Montreal. Seemed like a bad fit in that city as a Captain.

They’ve been letting both go except for the real blatant ones. Don’t know what to tell you.

LA and San Jose are winning.
This could help the Flames draft pick since they're pretty close in point percentage.
But Vancouver losing doesn't help. However, it's still possible to finish below Ottawa (this is actually much more likely than making the playoffs).

You are an Oiler fan. Of course you don’t think the Oilers would commit any fouls. I just don’t understand in a a league where it is pretty much proven that there is game management that neither of these two clown refs have seen one Oiler penalty.

I never said they shouldn’t have been called. I said they’ve let them go against both teams except for the ones that were pretty obvious.

Here you go. Jets PP.

A Calgary Flames message board biased against the Oilers!

I don't love the Jets either but they are missing their best player. Regular season series often don't mean F all once the playoffs start.
