I kind of hope they get blown the #### out. Like 12-0. Just make it very clear to management that this team is over cooked and needs to be thrown out.

I get that people are disappointed and sardonic as a result, but I for one have been pretty happy with how the Flames have been drafting for a while now. It makes me quite confident that they can make something really good out of a top-ten pick.

The location shooting costs an arm and leg (do you have any ides how much it is to rent a whale?!), but the directing remains mediocre.

I can feel this team turning a corner. Markstrom is the final piece of the puzzle and this is a perfect reset game for him. Go on a bit of a tear especially in games against Montreal and Edmonton and make things interesting please.

Most important thing is they clearly won't see themselves as buyers ... that's step one ... don't make things worse!
And they still have 12 days to get firmly into the seller side.
Calgary has a full compliment of picks (down a 4th but up a third), but it would be great to have 10 picks in the draft after the 12th.

100%. Gaudreau and Monahan have had great moments in their time here, but too few and far between. Tkachuk and Lindholm really haven't been around long enough and have been inconsistent.
Gio is the only current roster player that I feel any sort of loyalty to. He's been a warrior for the team and a great ambassador for a long time. But his lack of playoff success is a black mark on his legacy.
At this point its all about the future and who will be part of the next core. I want to see who is going to step up and take that opportunity.
