I see no way Treliving fires Ward this season. He's going to go down with him in the offseason at this rate.
I say this as someone who wants Ward gone far more than I ever wanted Gulutzan gone, and Gulutzan was terrible. The owners aren't going to pay a fired guy plus a new guy... I don't see it at all.

I honestly can't believe they gave ward the coaching job again, I guess it's probably a good thing I barely pay attention to this team anymore the last couple games I've tried to watch I just ended up shutting off and doing something else

Dunno what to say. It was a boring game to watch, which is...something weird to say abou the Battle of Alberta. And even more so with the Flames coming off 2 losses and an 'almost loss' to the Canuks.
It really feels like the Flames just don't give a fu** about playing. There's no passion, no fire, no spirit, nothing.
Boring, AF.

The coach rants to the media. The GM rants to the media. The Flames manage 21 shots against a sad sack Oilers team. If that isn't a clear signal that serious changes are needed I don't know what is. It really is time to clear house, Ward is seriously bad.
