This is why the paid Markstrom. It was one of those game where whichever team scored first was probably going to win as the goaltenders were great tonight although the Flames could have helped themselves by hitting the without shooting the puck right at the goaltender. No passengers tonight although Tkachuk had a poor game handling the puck.

1st period was good. 2nd period was a disaster. 3rd was better but still just okay.
Is it too early to declare Markstrom as my favourite Flame?
