If the gist is that stem cells treatments are promising based on observations to date and this acknowledges such and reduces time for access to treatment from 18-24 mos to 3-6, by all means I am supportive
Right now, several government employees seem to not have their priorities in line, so this is a specific opportunity to provide support for a worthwhile cause.
1.5 years is a long time for anyone, much less someone with ALS who may benefit from treatment
