Look Dion, we know your a good dude, and this wasn't some blatant racism thing. The apology is great and shows your character. But we've all had those moments on this board where we're called out for stuff. Look at my earlier posting style, I was a lot more caustic and rough then I am now. Calgarypuck besides being a great hockey board and community can have the effect of making us better.

Credit also for a real apology and not one of those "I'm sorry you were offended" non-apologies we see so often these days.

I am of Asian descent and I thought it was kinda funny and non-malicious. I get why it had to be removed, but Dion, don't beat yourself up about it.

The fact you can put pride aside and admit fault and be willing to change makes you a good guy. You didn't entrench or non-apology to retain pride. Again, don't beat yourself up too badly about it.
