He was one of my all-time favorite actors. I always fondly remember Jones Sr. calling Indiana "Junior" throughout the Last Crusade. As said above he really had a great voice as displayed in Dragonheart.

So many great roles.

Hunt for Red October was magnificent.

The Presidio, A Bridge to Far, and Medicine Man as well.

What a resume and what an actor.

Thanks for everything, Mr Connery. It was a joy watching you work.

Say hello to the Marx Brothers.

One of my favorite actors growing up after watching him in Bond, Red October, and The Rock. Also one of my favorite fake celebrity SNL contestants.

Loved him as Bond, as well as several other films I watched him in growing up in the 80s and 90s. Hunt for Red October, Last Crusade, Highlander, Rising Sun, The Name of the Rose, Medicine Man, and of course The Rock.

RIP.

His agent once called him and told him about an audition.
He told Connery to get there for tennish.
“Tennish?”, Connery replied, “But I don’t even have a racket”.

I think that was the same day he asked his wife, to sit on his face.

It didn't end well.

RIP The best Bond.

The preside when the beats that guy up with his thumb - seemed tome that something Connery would be able to do in real life......I thought I read at one time they wanted Connery for the Jack Ryan role and Connery found the Russian sub captain a more interesting g role - but I can’t find anything now to support that.
