I suspect the propaganda machine sensed they needed some more heroics from Captain McSavior. It was probably Lowe who personally went over to his house coughed on his toothbrush, door handles, and cutlery drawer. Combined with McDavid's already fragile immune system, it was only a matter of time.

Canada isn't making these stats easy to find, but I believe there's only been 2 people less than 30 who've died of covid in Canada, despite accounting for 44.1% of cases.
