Ha, they might for all I know, but I believe its because the trademark or whatever has expired/past?
I believe I asked about an era of Cannons content - maybe relating a jersey I think it was - and they said they could only upto a certain timeframe (early or mid-90s? can't remember exactly) b/c the trademark or whatever it was is still in existence past that/someone else has it (maybe MiLB?).
That's why you can see a lot of the early Cannons content - i.e. a lot of the simple "C" as merchandise.
