Eddie.. I rented my place to a couple who are building a new home now. They said it should be done by July. At that point, I'm going to re-paint and carpet and it will be available again August 1... hopefully. PM me again if interested.
Well, I kind of like the place I'm in right now. As long as the guy I'm renting from is interested in extending the lease I'd probably want to stay. His call though, he mentioned he might like to sell it so I guess I'll have to wait and see.
Because the repo man gets nothing from me if I'm renting the place. I want to take it to the man who was dumb enough to lend me the money in the first place!!! Ha ha ha ha.

I bought my 1st condo for $99Gs in 2002, sold it in 2004 for $150 and moved across the street, this one already appreciated +40% as we speak. What I paid for my first condo wouldn't buy you a half a trailer in Forest Lawn today.
i currently pay $740 w/ underground parking, and I am on 11st and 16th ave SW.
It is a 1bedroom.
For me, secure parking is my #1 concern when finding a place. being DT, im always scared about breakins.
If anyone knows of a decent place near 17th ave, that either is a good price ($740 or cheaper) and nice stuff (dishwasher, hardwodd or nice carpet. etc...) let me know.
