Last year I scoreboard watched pretty intensely and fist pumped when Colorado was our opponent.

We all know how that turned out.

I'm just going to casually observe this time.

The Habs lead 3-1 after forty minutes. Lindgren is net for the Habs with Price having the night off. The Hurricanes have Nedeljkovic in net now after Forsberg let in three goals. Is David Ayres in the arena?

The Sabres scored a pair of goals in 44 seconds to take a 2-0 lead and then the Coyotes tie it up quickly in the second period and get a third one all in four minutes, 3-2 Coyotes.

Perds might have got screwed over. But I don't care. Commentators whining, didn't hear them complain last game.

Preds score another goal at 19:59 of the third but thankfully unlike against the Flames it’s not enough to tie COL.

So what is the more favorable outcome for Oilers/Jets tonight? Jets win so that the Flames stay 1 point back of Edmonton for third but move down a wildcard spot or an Oilers win and maintaining their wildcard lead over Winnipeg?

Edmonton winning is never an desireable outcome.

That said, still, Jets with a regulation win. Flames would be a point back of them but a game in hand. Pass them and the Oilers with a win tomorrow.

Would like an ARI loss in the third too.

I think the team chasing you getting 0 is best.

Best for oilers is an OT or shootout win.
