That is just a dumb opinion - the 2010-11 Canucks were one of the best teams in the league. Sure they dove and had some pretty repugnant antics, but they were also a great hockey team. Ultimately they couldn't win when it counted but there isn't a modern hockey team that could dive their way to a Stanley Cup final.

That is just being rude for the sake of being rude. The Canucks have a decent lineup, which has a surprising amount of depth considering where they were two years ago.

That being said the Flames are still a team that is coming off a great season last year (with a disappointing playoffs admittedly) and has a number of key parts that makes them have the potential to be an elite level team. I think that the team is missing a spark though and they don't have the battle most nights, instead relying on skill alone - unfortunately every team in the league has skill and teams without heart and desire don't really excel, especially come playoff time.
