Wow, Flames were absolutely brutal....

Not a good trend, they need to find a way to play a full game....

Disappointing loss and effort. Like, when the eff is this team going to wake up and play consistent hockey. Half the time they don't show up for the first period and then we have games like they where they fail to show up at all. Not acceptable for a team that wants to contend for a playoff spot.

Hopefully this is the 2019/2020 version of the 9-1 loss to Pittsburgh that seemed to put a fire under their ass.

Also, Giordano with the Raiden from Mortal Kombat flying tackle was amazing.

Super dirty... but I also loved Rasmus getting in there and making sure he took a piece out of Doughty's face (literally).

Mclellan so much more enjoyable away from the oilers. Well spoken and I am a fan of coaches who talk to their players as much as he does on the bench mid game.

Has Gaudreau scored a bad angle short side squeaker since his first year? How many of those does he try that not only misses but clears the zone to boot.

He's gotta stop doing it already.

That was a horrific game, but Gio flying through the air is the funniest thing I've seen in a long time. I've watched it at least 20 times and I'm still dying over here...

Get the split in Anaheim tomorrow and hopefully build from there...

EDIT: Ducks, not Sharks tomorrow

It’s actually more like we will never win with Johnny AND Monahan on the first line. They’re just both buttery soft when the going gets tough. It’s okay when there’s some more snark around which to be fair I think Lindholm does have a bit of edge here and there but it’s just not enough. Soon as Monahan gets the body put on him he’s a floater and Johnny is just too small when the game gets physical. A big center who can hit would be more suiting for him to play with because he’s so dynamic with the puck he can make a lot of mediocre players look good.

It’s no surprise that we lose a lot to teams that play bigger and harder regardless of how they fair against everyone else or where they are in the standings.

This team can't win a game that matters. I'm guessing a record of 32-40-8-2 good for an average draft spot.

Thank God baseball playoffs are on... Made tonight a very enjoyable night.

Not a bad play on the rush with no options but on the power play like tonight when we were looking dangerous and then he tries it and it leaves the zone.... poor decision.

You think the Flames are getting 74 points? That would have been good for fourth-last in the league last year... only barely ahead of the Senators.
