Definitely could have worded it better but yes, I think the Stars would push easily for #2 WC or 3rd in the central with Zuccarello, making our chances of seeing them in round 1 unlikely.

wow these are some spicy conditions. Rangers could end up with 2 1sts potentially. Although I suppose there is little incentive to re-sign Zuc for the Stars now, maybe the Rangers hoping that particular condition will allow them to bring back Zuccarello in the off season.

Those are solid conditions. I don’t think Zucarello re-signs, word was he may go back to the Rangers.

I expect Tre to be just as creative when he gets Hayes and Stone.
