To be honest, I really feel for those people. It’s insanely cold, and if that’s the only way to get some heat it’s probably that or hypothermia and death.

Oh, for sure, wasn't judging, I was just guessing at the most likely cause. Had it been insurance fraud it probably wouldn't have been no the first cold day in a long time.
