Not a chance he gets suspended, they let way worse than that go on a regular basis.

He took it in the shoulder/upper-arm. He’s moving his hand no problem afterwards, but looked like he had ‘dead-arm’.

Should be suspended for sure. It wasn't a hockey play and the only reason it happened was because he's a sore loser. Intent to injure imho

And that's a problem. Why is the game better when star players miss time because of stupid, pointless #### like that?

He totally intended to slash Gaudreau after he put that move on him. I think it's a play that's suspension worthy as it's a dangerous slash.

The league needs to get this kind of crap out of the game. I think Dustin Gutless should be suspended for at least 2 games.

Probably in the minority here but I think any slash to the arms/wrists should be a 5 minute major. If you can get 5 for an accidental high stick then you should get 5 for an intentional slash..... every slash is intended.

Stick infraction that caused an injury. If gaudreau misses any time it will for sure be a suspension.

That was a really cowardly play by Byfuglien. Unnecessary, unwarranted, unprovoked. I normally like his demeanor on ice, but this was disgusting and deserves a suspension. Hopefully, the league will see it the same way.

Horrible, obvious slash. If you really want to "protect" the players and show you care about player safety, suspend the caveman.

Based on what? Has a player ever been suspended for a hack like that? Not saying they shouldn't be, but there's no precedent.

The Jets are a League-favourite team, and Buffalupagus is a key player. Won’t even be reviewed.
