Seabrook should count, he signed an extension but he would have been a UFA. Contract is even worse in that they gave it to him without other teams raising the bid price on July 1st. He's making 9Mil actual money this year on a 6.875 cap hit and is signed for 5 more years after this one. Horrific contract.
