I want to see how they justify Petterson over Lindholm for first star.

Nice to see PP improving and the team come back and win a game where Mike was not standing on his head. Prout can stay out of the line up thanks. Team still has some gelling to do but it’s early and a lot of new pieces.

Awesome game but I have to say Smith reminded me of the drunk goalie we had in beer league. He really needs to shake off the rust. Brodie, Czarnik, and Gaudreau look great in Peters system so far.

He reminds me of Hudler with his shot and chemistry with 13/23, but he also has more size, tenacity, speed, and youth. Really awesome player worthy of the #28.

1 for 1 in the retros!
Lindholm was amazing.
Good game for the top line + tkachuk. Neal was buzzing as well

Smith looking solid the last 20, hopefully all the rust has shaken off. Johnny being Johnny and loving Lindholm, Monahan clutch, Chucky stirring the pot, PP looks fantastic, outchanced the opposition in every category. Huge comeback win. Valimaki should be elevated to top 4 ahead of Stone, just a real solid, good decision-making defenseman.

Wow what a 3rd period and power play. I’m worried about goaltending but if the Flames can keep scoring touchdowns it won’t be a problem.

Gadreau now has 2 wingers who can finish. Another few ganes and the flames need to decide on Dube - as of right now he is better served in the AHL as he had a stellar kobasewesk preseason but doesnt look quite ready for the NHL. Neal needs to step it up soon.

Four assists for Tkachuk tonight, by the way. Perhaps overlooked.

Perfect game for us. Entertaining, Pettersson looks good and we get 0 points.

A win is a win and is a big win!! Still got lots of issues to solve but this is a start. If every single game the flames play like this.. I wont have any hair left on my scalp 😱
