Or the first two on the list being Arbour Lake and belt line

You can’t build a model and get these results unless all neighbourhoods are so tightly packed the comparison is meaningless

Of course, more a laugh that avenue's methodology involves actually looking at any data.

Ha ha, Bel-Aire is the worst neighbourhood in the city?

Yeah, check out this hell hole: https://goo.gl/maps/HNQE9fP74ty

I can honestly say that I didn't know Calgary had a neighborhood called Red Carpet.

2019: Hillhurst and Sunnyside tied for last place.

yeah the whole stretch from Eagle Ridge- ChinookPark-Kelvin Grove-Mayfair-Belair-Britannia scores poorly but nowhere as bad as poor old Bel-Aire

I hope the final battle will be fought at Canadian Pizza Unlimited.

Then we can all get a slice while we stare at the devastation we've wrought.

A pyrrhic victory is still a victory in my book!

But just in case, we should probably hold the actual battle in Lake Bonavista, that place is already on a steep decline, or so I hear.

It might be hard to know whether you have wrought any destruction when you look at that particular plaza though.

Hillhurst #27 and West Hillhurst #105? There is really not much difference between the two, and few know where the boundary is. Made by Marcus keeps tweeting they are in Hillhurst, when they are in fact in West Hillhurst.
