I questioned the whole how is the Cap going up that much even a $5 million dollar bump is significant.


Remember before the lockout and the cap that the Flames were barely hanging on with teams spending $60 million dollars.


I expect that we're going to start moving into teams that are going to be budget teams, and teams that don't even like to keep up to the floor. We're going to get into an economic imbalance again.
