I wasn't about Saturday morning cartoons as I was usually in an arena all day as a kid. However, weekday morning cartoons such as Inspector Gadget, DuckTales, and DarkWing Duck were favorites of mine.

Anyone remember a show called
Battle of the Planets or G-Force?
Mark, Jason, Tiny, Princess and Kee-op?
The fiery pheonix at the end of every episode?

The Smurfs and the underwater smurfs, the Snorks. Battle of the Planets was awesome but they heavily edited it from original japanese version. I guess Horny Keyhop was not meant for north american kids. Did anyone watch Gilligans Planet? They couldn't make a boat to get off the island so they make a rocket ship and get off Earth. hmmm sounds like Lost.
Maybe i'm racist but i HATED Fat Albert.hehehe That show wasn't funny and all the characters were badly drawn.

A cartoon I really liked but hasn't been mentioned here was Disney's Gargoyles. I was also pretty fond of Teddy Ruxpin. I think what I liked most was the continuing story lines. Although Teddy Ruxpin may have had some hokey songs it had some rather interesting plots.

Ah teddy Ruxpin. I always wanted to get that doll, the one that talked but it wasn't meant to be.... Loved the show though.
The ones that I liked have pretty much all been mentioned...
Gummi Bears
Carebears
Muppet Babies
Astro Boy
Sheera (I think that's how it was spelled)
Hercules
GI Joe
Inspector Gadget
Gem
