Brookfield with no vacancies....right.....I mean, technically sure Cenovus is footing the bill, but they're dragging their heels worse than a dead hooker on actual occupation.

Brookfield shows availability from floor 4 to 15. I assume the rest is in the Cenovus lease.

Very interesting representation but a lot of errors. Things are always changing so it's hard for anyone to keep up.

I'm on vacation for the rest of the week but can answer some questions when I'm back in Calgary.

Yeah, CVE is paying for space in the Bow and Brookfield, but I bet they'd answer the phone pretty fast if you offered to sublease either...

Something's not right here. Arlington Street does not have that kind of financial muscle or a strong development track record. They are syndicators - raising money by selling units in their partnerships from retail investors, like a mini-Walton model. I've seen their selling booth at a show somewhere. Didn't they just recently had lots of trouble with a project in Britannia?

I love the before and after pictures of the National. I don't know if we can handle that kind of radical change.

They should probably take some of the Class C and Class B properties and convert them to residential.

Haha I thought the exact same thing. “Whoa, swapping out the window frames. Bold vision.”
