Something's not right here. Arlington Street does not have that kind of financial muscle or a strong development track record. They are syndicators - raising money by selling units in their partnerships from retail investors, like a mini-Walton model. I've seen their selling booth at a show somewhere. Didn't they just recently had lots of trouble with a project in Britannia?
