I’d like the owners to lock out the players. Cancel the rest of the year. Let’s try again next year everybody.

Well mark me down as the first for Washington.... Would love to see them get over that hump on a year they have been a little quieter despite a great season. Ovi deserves a cup!

Nashville vs Washington would be one hell of an entertaining final!!

Vegas
Predators
Florida (Really I hate everyone else in the Atlantic)
Washington (Wouldn't mind them having some playoff success for once)

Think that would be my ideal "Final Four". That Vegas vs. Nashville series would be a ton of fun - two entertaining teams and feel like each city would be electric.

Vegas winning would expose how broken the league is. I'd be down for that.

Or Pens x3 to help make this awful season more forgettable like it deserves to be.

Edit: I wouldn't mind seeing the Panthers go on a tear. Luongo is a class act.

I cringe when Flames fans cheer for a division rival.

I am cheering for Ovechkin. They guy is a legend of the game and it would be great to see him win.

Love Chara's resurgence so Go Bruins.

Would be nice to watch Oiltown squirm if Taylor Hall wins (and likely takes the Smythe) so Go Devils.

No western teams. Gross.

i'd love to see either the preds, pens or the jets win it

preds - come on... how can you not love their fan base! just nuts! and of course - pk!

pens - 3-peat and also my ties with schultz

jets - one of my best friends is a huuuuuge jets fan and i'd love to celebrate a cup win with him

Leafs. Ending that huge drought with a young exciting team would be cool to see. After that anyone but Vegas, Anaheim, SJ, or LA. All those teams can rot in hell.

Don't care if the flames are out. I expect the final 4 will be Tampa Pittsburgh Nashville Winnipeg because those are the deeper teams

Boston could easily be a factor also.

Nashville - slow and steady climb over the years. Would be nice to see David Poile win a cup.

Vegas - I'm over the embarrassment factor of having an expansion team succeed to the extent they have. Good on them for doing everything right, and maybe catching lightning in a bucket.

Winnipeg - my hesitation here is that if a Canadian team is going to win the Stanley Cup I want it to be Edmonton. But honestly, Winnipeg has done their time and the scene would be bonkers. They're the only other Canadian team I could live with winning it.

Does any true Flames fan actually want to see stinking Toronto or Winnipeg be the ones to bring the prize back north of the 49th?

If the Flames were to pull it off in the next few years, it sure wouldn't be quite as glorious and be overshadowed by that "Canadian team that broke the drought"

No thanks.

1. Washington
2. Nashville
3. Columbus

The only Canadian team I want to see win the Cup is Calgary.
