Maybe I misunderstood the question, but if you disagree you disagree that mothers can have careers, if you agree you say their first duty is being a homemaker.
There is no way I would disagree with the right of a mother to have a job, but isn't it possible for a guy to be a homemaker too?

No, the fact that Mother's may have careers is a given in this question, it's not asking you whether it's right or wrong that they have careers, it's asking what their 'first duty' is, to their careers or to homemaking.
If you agree, you believe her first priority is to be a homemaker.
If you disagree, you believe her first priority is to her career/interests.
I think the important note is that it's 'homemaker', not 'mother'. Every mother is a mother, there's no getting around it. It's whether or not they stay at home or work that this question is trying to get to the bottom of.
"A woman's first place should be in the home" probably would have been 'too easy' to reject, as every knows its PC these days for women to work.
