I would put both Mangiapane and Hrivik in the lineup. Both of them are fresh after playing on Wednesday and hopefully won't show signs of rust.
Lomberg would have also been good. His energy would have sparked the dome up quick.
I am hoping the Flames can pull this one out.

Jets finally looking like the team they appeared to be on paper this year. Schieffle's injury hurts but wheeler has filled in pretty well.
Tough test for the flames but they themselves are finally rounding into form. I hope the flames come back confident and with more to prove.
Ugh I probably won't be able to watch today, am missing flames hockey.

Jets had a very poor performance in their last game before the break, so hoping the time off give them time to focus and regroup.
Historically, Jets have been pouring Calgary since their return, so I'm predicting a 4-2 to loss for the Jets. Regardless, go Jets!

Last year I brought my youngest to the one afternoon game against the Islanders (middle of the win streak actually) and we sat in traffic for over an hour right outside the dome, missed the entire first period. The Flames scored 4 goals. Longest wait to get into the dome I have ever experienced. And me and my daughter were so jacked for the game. I was kinda, like, extremely frustrated.
So it’s Daddy daughter game again this year....any extra delays I should plan for this year?
Hopefully, just like last year, the streak continues. And we get to see the Flames score some goals this time.

I'd say park at a C-train station and train it. You know you'll make it in time but maybe that's just me. Cant stand the wait to park and then especially after the game to leave, never mind the cost of that pleasure.
Or maybe you should just take another one for the team and be stuck in traffic again. Four goals in the first period sounds really awesome.

Has either team even had a practice post-bye?
I expect some rust in the first. Fortunately, Jets are not a great road team. Unfortunately, Flames home record is less than could be also.

I think the Flames had a practice at 4pm yesterday. That was when the "no practice" was lifted.

And there’s an accident on the C Train tracks downtown. Hopefully it doesn’t take long to reopen.

No big events at Stampede today, you should just encounter the regular Dome traffic.

Which suggests that either the Flames are the best team in the league (they also have great goaltending), OR... CF isn't worth jack #### in evaluating top lines and pairings.

That's actually quite remarkable that Brodie Hamonic clawed their way back into the top 8 after the shaky start to the season.

That's a pretty useless stat to be honest. Raw counts of shots for? Essentially all that says is "The Flames don't juggle their lines very much"
