I expect this to be a close game -- Flames tend to play to the level of their competition. That actually might explain why they always play like garbage against Edmonton, but that's for another thread...
Flames win 4-3 in OT, with Gaudreau scoring the winner; Monahan doesn't celebrate again.
I hope the Flames brass are holding serious discussions about this major problem. If it goes on, I simply don't see how Monahan can remain on this team.
I suppose I'd feel the same way if Johnny robbed me of a guaranteed GWG, but still.
No matter what personnel is on the team, who the coaching staff is, or how much time has passed, it is ALWAYS mandatory for the Flames to beat the ass of the stupid Lightning each and every time.
