The Bruins had a 4-1 lead heading into the 3rd period and then after pulling Dubnyk for Stalock, the Wild made it close with Staal scoring a SHG until the Bruins scored the empty net goal for a 5-3 final.

The Capitals completed the comeback as they beat the Coyotes 3-2 in OT. Ovechkin with a PPG tied the game in the 2nd period and Carlson with the GWG late in the OT. Scott Wedgewood played well in the Coyotes net facing 40 shots.

The Rangers win 5-3 over the BJs. The teams combined for 5 goals in the 3rd period and the BJs got into penalty trouble as the Rangers scored 3 PPGs in the final period.
