Pretty sure cause he wasn't wearing a flaming C.

Natural hat trick for John Tavares tonight in the 3rd period. He's pretty good.

I didn't get upset. But I said no way I would trade Marner for him. Andersen has been pretty bad this season outside of a couple games. Brodie isn't going to help him stop pucks.

That Larsson goal might have been a nicer non-3v3 goal than a Flames D has scored in the post-Hartley era. Looks like Oilers might be able to sit on a comfy lead tonight and the Caps will come out angry tomorrow.

He's just a slightly better Sean Monahan ()

Hahaha DSP, i.e. one of the worst players ever, scores a great goal on a 2-on-1

Tavares has all his 13 points in 5 games. Went on a 6 game pointless streak. Sure is inconsistent.

Just to add to what I said:

All Situations
Scoring Chances: TOR 35 - PHI 19
High Danger SC: TOR 20 - PHI 6

Elliot outplayed Andersen. I love Andersen and think he is great but he has been pretty bad this season. So many times Leafs will score to tie it up or get some momentum going and he will let a goal in in the next 2 minutes. It's deflating. He'll get better as the season moves along hopefully.

he took a wrist shot that hit the defenseman's stick. Some of your posts are just bizarre

Jumps up on a line change, takes the puck in stride, confidently cuts to the middle, and snaps it perfectly in the slot just against the grain to beat Holtby. No deflection that I can see.

It's a nice goal.

It's a nice goal.
Yeah, "power move to the middle" according to DeBrusk.

So checking NHL.com it looks like their tied for shots in the 2nd? How is that possible. Maybe I'm watching a different game but the 2nd has been all Washington.

It's a nice goal.
Yes, it hits the Dman's stick.

And yes, it was a nice goal. But that's a far cry from "might have been a nicer non-3v3 goal than a Flames D has scored in the post-Hartley era" though, don't you think?

C'mon. Don't undo the good you did when you scored the tying goal with a stupid penalty.
