I've never heard it called anything but kickball. And I use kraft dinner and Mac and cheese. If it's literally KD from a box I call it Kraft dinner and if it's homemade I call it mac and cheese

Haven't played it in about 35 years, but I've heard it called both. Kickball was the first term I heard (American school in Venezuela). Soccer baseball was what they called it when I lived in Sherwood Park.
